Within a few months of each site visit, a report is generated under the final authority of HRSA. The goal of the report is to provide an overview of the findings by the Reviewers regarding the institutional capacity of local partners in each area; Clinical, Administrative and Finance and to provide support in the road forward toward transitioning governance and direct funding. The report also contains "recommendations" in each area if applicable and will be used as a guide for any potential future Technical Assistance needed. All parties involved in the site visit are given an opportunity to review the report in its draft form and to make comments before a final report is generated.
